Two New Restaurants
by a Culinary Icon

In the tradition of The Ritz-Carlton’s culinary artistry, owners of The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage can choose from two dining and bar venues under the guidance of Bon Appetit/Food Network’s ‘Restaurateur of the Year’ Joachim Splichal. Pinot Mirage – the newest member of Splichal’s renowned restaurant group that includes Patina in downtown Los Angeles – includes an exhibition kitchen, while the Edge, situated cliffside, offers relaxed al fresco dining and stargazing.
